Alanton real estate is located in Virginia Beach just off Mill Dam Road, close to both First Colonial and Great Neck Road.
Alanton is an upscale real estate development with homes dating back to the 1950s and many new homes resulting from tear downs and rebuilding.
Many homes are situated on deep water, making it ideal for boaters or those wanting water views.
