My husband is in the military and was transferred to Alaska so we had no choice but to short sell our home. Dennis was very knowledgeable on short sales due to military transfer, and he helped walk us through the process. He answered all of my many questions promptly, and had a great network of people to get our short sale approved quickly. We got an offer shortly after we listed our home, and Dennis was great in negotiations to finalize the deal. Would recommend to anyone, especially any other military family in our situation.
