I believe there is a real need for reputable companies (like yours) that do get homes back on the market and ultimately improve the neighborhood. I take exception with the advertisements on the radio claiming "we will solve your mortgage problem" by buying your home immediately. They do not state what their terms will be and ultimately we know what their desired outcome is. These are national companies usually and probably unfair to compare with you. I know it is a free market and people should do their due diligence, but the ads are misleading. <br /> By the way I think mortgage people should be licensed also.....and the license for real estate agents is too easy to get.<br /> Best wishes.
